In Our Practice Therapist

Stacy Athens, LMSW, RPT

It takes a lot of courage to decide to seek help with something that is bothering you or that is a struggle within your life. I find it to be an honor to work alongside my clients in their own journey of healing. Therapy is different for every single person, and an element I have found important, is to operate as a team together with trust and rapport. As a therapist, I am client centered with a focus on building a safe and trusting relationship with my clients, aiding in the ability to share their thoughts, feelings and experiences. I provide alternative views, and often times will encourage continued work outside of session.

I have had opportunities working with clients spanning the age range of young children 5+, teens, young adults, and adults. With experiential focus on treating depression, anxiety, PTSD as well as family and behavioral concerns. My professional education and training allows me to utilize modalities to meet clients needs and treat their concerns and issues.

I hope your courage will continue as you begin the first steps of making a call or sending an email to begin your healing journey, your child's or your families. If my style seems like it might fit your needs, please feel free to reach out to me. I am open to consultation for goodness of fit, and believe that every attempt is a step in a better direction.

Delaney Dupuis, LMSW

Welcome! I’m so glad you’re here. As your therapist, my goal is to create a safe, supportive space and build a positive, collaborative relationship as we navigate your journey to a healthier, more fulfilling life. I take a client-centered approach, empowering you to share your thoughts and experiences openly. Together, we’ll explore new perspectives and strategies to support your growth, both within and beyond our sessions. I work with individuals aged 18 and older, addressing a range of mental health concerns including anxiety, depression, trauma, grief and loss, bipolar disorder, and mood regulation.

My approach incorporates evidence-based treatment modalities such as Eye Movement Desensitization and Reprocessing (EMDR), Dialectical Behavioral Therapy (DBT), Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Solution-Focused Therapy, and Motivational Interviewing.

It would be an honor to walk alongside you on your path to healing and growth. If you’d like to explore whether we’re a good fit, please don’t hesitate to reach out via email or phone to schedule a consultation. I look forward to connecting with you.

Ashley Luplow, LMSW

Welcome! I believe that each person is on their own unique path and journey in life, seeking their inner potential, hope, and purpose, and wondering if they will ever find inner balance. My method focuses on fostering self-awareness, identifying your values and objectives, and devising steps to achieve them while healing internally from a holistic, nurturing approach. I am dedicated to creating a secure and non-judgmental environment for my clients to navigate their world through their own beliefs while finding new ways to heal internally.

I am a licensed clinical social working and have been providing mental health services since 2008. I use an eclectic approach to therapy, combining different treatment modalities, to meet the needs of each unique individual. Together, we’ll explore paths to your personal healing and growth journey, working together to restore your inner balance.

Please don't hesitate to reach out to me and start exploring how we can work towards your peace of mind. I will walk alongside you, creating paths for you to feel your inner balance restored.

Shawn Bade, LLMSW

I use a flexible, strengths based approach rooted in Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Motivational Interviewing, Person Centered Planning, and Play Therapy. My work is especially centered on supporting children, teens and their families through life's ups and downs. I chose social work to empower young people, help them feel seen and heard, and advocate for their emotional well-being in every environment they navigate. In therapy, I focus on building trusting, playful, and developmentally appropriate relationships, creating a space where kids can express themselves freely, safely, and creatively.
